Exchanges and Returns

To request an exchange or return of the product, please contact us via email (contato@uselinns.com) within 7 calendar days after delivery, providing the order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the request.

After processing, we will respond within 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed. For the exchange to be accepted, the item must be returned in its original packaging and without any signs of use. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.

**Note:** If the request is not made within 7 days after receipt, the customer will forfeit the right to exchange or return. For exchanges, we do not cover the shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments.

Purchase withdrawal must be requested within 24 hours after payment!

The product must comply with the exchange or return policy according to the following criteria:
- The product must not show any signs of use.
- Products must be returned with all original packaging.
- The customer must pack the product to prevent any damage.
- We do not exchange products that have been damaged or modified by the customer.

**Address Error:**
Shipping Address: Once the package has entered the shipping process, it is no longer possible to change the recipient's address. If the package returns to the sender and the customer wishes to resend it, the shipping cost for the new package will be borne by the customer. We do not take responsibility for incorrect address data, as shipping costs have already been incurred, even for customers who received free shipping. In case of address registration error or package return to the sender, the new shipping cost will be borne by the customer. For cases of loss or any delivery issues related to our carrier, a new shipment will be requested, and the delivery timeline will restart.

**Refund:** Every refund is accompanied by a proof of reversal, where the customer receives their copy.
- If the purchase was made by card, the refund is processed directly to the card.
- If the purchase was made by boleto (bank slip), the customer must create a Mercado Pago account with the store's registered email to receive the refund.
